Are you a qualified Level 3 TA looking for a new challenge in Birmingham?We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant for a role at a school in Kingstanding.This role includes supporting and teaching small groups of children in Year 5 who display challenging behaviour.The school are looking for somebody who is confident in their behaviour management techniques, and is able to maintain a calm classroom environment.The school encompasses a nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to lead their own learning. You will encourage this ethos through guided learning sessions and creative intervention with the pupils.
