- Supporting Key Stage 3 students with moderate learning needs in the classroom
- Assisting the teacher in delivering differentiated lessons to engage and motivate learners
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students develop confidence and independence
- Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting students with emotional regulation
- Working collaboratively with staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and support staff
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience)
- Experience working with children with SEND, particularly moderate learning needs
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting students
