Providing 1-2-1 support for children with Autism, tailored to their individual needs.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and creating an inclusive learning environment.
Supporting children in developing social and communication skills through structured and engaging activities.
Managing behaviours effectively, using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques when required.
Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure consistent and personalised support.
