This school is looking for a kind, caring and reliable Classroom Assistant to Teaching Assistant to provide support for a small Key Stage 2 class. Ideally you will have experience supporting children with special educational needs including, MLD and Autism.As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team of Teachers and Classroom Assistants who are committed to providing every child with a wonderful education. The needs of children vary and the ability to adapt your approach to suit individual needs is essential. Experience with special needs is essential and a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable. Job role:
  • Providing 1-2-1 and call group support for children with special educational needs

  • Ensuring that every child enjoys a wonderful education and feels happy to be in school
  • Working with a team of Teaching Assistants / Classroom Assistants to support individual needs of students
