Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Birmingham on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted assistance, helping to close learning gaps.
  • Promote positive behavior and create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom organization and preparation of teaching materials.
  • Support children with additional needs, including SEN, EAL, or those requiring extra pastoral care.

What We're Looking For
