We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support schools across Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom, working closely with teachers and students to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide targeted support to SEND students, both in group settings and on a 1:1 basis.
  • Reinforce knowledge of the British curriculum, particularly in English and Maths.
  • Support children with diverse learning needs, including those with SEND, EAL, and behavioural challenges.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A UK Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent certification.
  • An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • A proven track record of recent experience working in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the British curriculum, with a focus on English and Maths.
  • Experience in supporting SEND children, including those with additional learning and behavioural needs.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
