Supporting children with Special Educational Needs in small groups and one-to-one settings.
Collaborating with a team of Teaching Assistants to develop group activities and meet individual needs.
Offering tailored intervention for children requiring additional help with their learning.
Making learning engaging, fun, and accessible for all pupils.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting classroom management.

Requirements:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant / Classroom Assistant qualification or equivalent.
At least 3 months of experience working with children with special educational needs.
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
A clear understanding of the Teaching Assistant role and its impact on student learning.
A calm, patient, and empathetic nature to support children’s development effectively.
