Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant / Classroom Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 3 months of experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • A clear understanding of the Teaching Assistant role and its impact on student learning.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic nature to support children’s development effectively.
