We're currently working with a number of fantastic schools across Birmingham who are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their teams. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Supporting the class teacher as a teaching assistant with the delivery of engaging, hands-on lessons.

Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support learning.

Helping to manage behaviour in a calm, encouraging way.

Creating a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel safe and supported.

Assisting with classroom prep and general admin tasks as needed.

At least 3 months' experience as a teaching assistant working with children or young people in an educational setting.

A proactive, flexible approach with strong communication skills.

Someone local to Birmingham or happy to commute.
