About the Role:We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support students in various secondary schools, providing essential help to both teachers and pupils. Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students is highly desirable, particularly with:

- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)- ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)- Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD)

You will be an integral part of the classroom, assisting in delivering tailored support to students with a range of needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.- Assist with classroom management and behavior support.- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure a positive learning environment.- Maintain student records and report on progress.

Requirements:- Relevant Experience: Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.- SEN Experience: Desirable but not essential. Candidates with experience in Autism, ADHD, MLD, or EBD are highly sought after.- DBS Check: A valid DBS check on the update service is required or a willingness to obtain one before starting.- Passion for Education: A genuine commitment to supporting students and improving their educational outcomes.
