Year 4 Teaching Assistant

Zest are currently seeking a dedicated full-time classroom assistant to join the team at a primary school in Erdington. As a classroom assistant for a Year 4 class, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teacher and ensuring a nurturing learning environment for the students.

Responsibilities:- Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities- Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom setting- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students

Requirements:- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare
