Year 5 Teaching Assistant

Zest are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic full-time Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school in Marston Green.

The ideal candidate must be Level 3 qualified and passionate about supporting the learning and development of primary school students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and contribute to creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.- Support individual students with their learning and development.- Help with classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.- Provide feedback to teachers on students’ progress and performance.- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

Requirements:- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.- Previous experience working with primary school children.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Passion for education and supporting student growth.
