Principal Ecologist

Birmingham £45,000-£60,000

I am pleased to announce that we are looking for a Principal Ecologist to join a well-established environmental consultancy in Birmingham! The team have been working on a range of specialist rail and infrastructure projects and are looking to expand.

The role involves;

  • Leading a varied portfolio of interesting ecological projects.
  • Conducting surveys on both rail and large infrastructure projects.
  • Report writing including EcIAs, ES Chapters and HRAs.

Requirements include;

  • Experience of working within a consultancy environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and policy.
  • Proven experience of writing technical reports and ESPM licence documents.
