Job Title: Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing business processes, and driving solutions to align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Use techniques such as process mapping, SIPOC, and SWOT analysis to document and improve processes. Conduct workshops, gather stakeholder input, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Design and support the transition to new processes, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with tech teams to define system requirements, user interfaces, and reporting needs. Ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
- Work with HR/Training to create materials and lead training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing project updates, manage risks, and evaluate deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analysis, ideally in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Proficient in tools like MS Project, Miroboard, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Applications (e.g., Dynamics, Power Platform, SQL).
- Strong communication skills, able to bridge business and IT teams.
- Familiar with project lifecycle, risk management, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., ISEB, Six Sigma, ECBA, CBAP) or equivalent experience.
