As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Managing and training staff
- Handling budget management
- Upholding high standards of care

The ideal Home Manager will have:
- A nursing qualification (desirable but not essential)
- At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
- A good knowledge of CQC compliance
- Evidence of Good, Outstanding CQC inspections, or someone with Turnaround experience
