The Role
As Director (Electrical), you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex electrical design solutions across a range of high-profile UK and international projects. This leadership role involves managing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that all projects meet the highest technical and operational standards. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across various disciplines to drive the success of multi-disciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of expert engineers, technicians, and CAD/Revit professionals.
  • Ensuring the successful completion of technically excellent, sustainable, and profitable projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced team members.

About You
You are a Chartered Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. With extensive experience in electrical engineering within the building services sector, you are well-versed in low-energy design and have a strong technical foundation in the relevant design software. Your leadership capabilities, combined with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams, make you the ideal candidate for this role.

Key Skills and Experience:
