We are looking for aElectrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theElectrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheElectrical Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Carrying out modifications and installations when required, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
- You will provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required
- You will also need to complete any required paperwork, produce reports accurately and on a timely basis.
- You should carry work in high standards and in line with current company policies and procedures
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.
- You will be responsible for ensuring own work and work of those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.
To be successful for thisElectrical Engineerrole you must have:
- Level 2 and 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (AND/OR?) 17th or 18th edition.
- Background in facilities management, maintenance or construction with project work within a region.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Full, current, driving licence.
