Electrical Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £43k Basic + Callout Pay to easily earn £50k, with lots of opportunities to earn more
Hours: Mon – Fri // 7:00am to 15:30pm // (1 in 7 Callout, paid as Overtime)

To aid in their ongoing expansion efforts, we are looking for an electrical engineer to join the skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
As an electrical engineer, you will be expected to:
- Completing planned preventive maintenance
- Reacting to breakdowns
- Electrical fault finding.
- Electrical installations
- Undertaking project work which can include upgrading and new machine installation.
- Fault finding down to inputs and outputs on a PLC
- Fault finding on 3-Phase Equipment
- Experience with Variable Speed Drives
- Pneumatics experience
- Reading electrical drawings
About You:
To be considered for this electrical engineer role you should be/have the following:
- Team player.
- Ability to fault find electrically
- Be comfortable working in a heavy industry environment
- Be happy for callouts every 1 in 7 weeks (paid as Overtime)
- You should hold a recognised level 3 (or above) Electrical qualification - city and guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HND, HNC.
