In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. This is a day shift position offering a great work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on production equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues.
  • Ensure machinery operates efficiently and complies with health and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or chemical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
