They will manage incoming calls and sales orders and will use their technical understanding to answer any queries. Full product training can be provided and this will be an office-based role 5 days a week in Birmingham.The ideal candidate will have an electrical background and hold an electrical qualification. They will also have previous experience within a customer facing role and have a good telephone demeanour.
