Dedicated engineering services for the food and beverage, automotive and aerospace industries, the company has tailored specialist engineering solutions to many of the world's largest manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrician to join the company, supporting live wire testing works in commercial and industrial buildings throughout the Midlands and occasionally across other parts of the UK.

Duties
As a suitably qualified and experienced electrician you will be working on a variety of sites across Birmingham and the Midlands, testing the live electrical supply into commercial and industrial buildings. Primary duties will be working alongside an electrical technician assisting with and compiling condition reports whilst testing the live electrical feeds into the building. Experience of this type of electrical works would be an advantage but full training will be given. Due to the nature of the work and the environment in which you'll be working, you need to be fully qualified to NVQ level 3 including AM2 or equivalent.

About You
Based ideally in Birmingham you will need to live within a commutable distance of B30 1JR. Although, much of the work is within the Midlands there will be some working away, the costs for which will be covered by the company.

Demonstrable experience of commercial electrical installations with a strong electrical core engineering background is essential for this role.

Minimum NVQ level 3 including AM2 or JIB Graded electrician.

Testing and inspection 2391 or equivalent would be an advantage but is not essential.

Full UK driving license.
