An Electrician vacancy is available in Birmingham and surrounding areas for a well-established housing association's planned maintenance team.
The position offers a permanent role with an annual salary of £38,000 and includes a company van and fuel card.
The Electrician will be responsible for tasks such as 1st and 2nd fix in kitchens and bathrooms, EICR's, and lighting changes.
Candidates must have a Level 3 or equivalent in electrical installations, 18th edition, and 2391 testing and inspection, along with social housing experience.

The Electrician must have:

Level 3 or equivalent in electrical installations
18th edition
2391 testing and inspection (or equivalent)
Social Housing experience
