Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a permanent Electrician for a position in the Birmingham area.
- The role offers an annual salary of £35,000, along with a van and fuel card.
- Candidates should have at least 18th edition and 2391 testing and inspection qualifications, as well as a JIB Gold Card and social housing experience.
- The Electrician will perform repairs and maintenance in occupied properties, with optional call outs at a frequency of 1 in 4 to 1 in 6.
- Additional bonuses of up to £1,000 per out-of-hours call are available, alongside various employee benefits.
The Electrician will receive:
35,000 annual salary
Van and fuel card
Optional call outs at 1 in 4 to 1 in 6
Extra bonus available on out of hour schemes up to an extra 1000 per out of hour call a week.

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
Reactive repairs in tenanted properties
Maintenance appointments on time and to a high standard
Qualify any necessary remedial works that may need to be completed
