Key Responsibilities:

Periodic testing in domestic properties
Completing remedial work following EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
Electrical heating repair
Handling small quotes and completing condition reports
Ensuring high-quality customer care when interacting with clients and tenants
Updating and communicating progress, both electronically and manually
Adhering to all health and safety regulations (Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, COSHH)
Ordering and auditing parts as necessary

Required Qualifications / Knowledge:

Knowledge of domestic electrical regulations (BS7671)
18th Edition wiring regulations
City & Guilds 2391 qualification (inspection and testing)
Experience in EICRs, electrical installations, and fault finding
Proficient in electrical controls and circuits
