We are currently seeking an Electrician to join a well-established team, covering care homes, supported living, and independent living properties across Birmingham postcodes. This role is perfect for someone looking for job security, steady hours, and a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities of the Electrician:
- Providing electrical work to tenants living in independent, supported living and care homes across Birmingham
- Carrying out periodic testing (EICRs), reactive maintenance and remedial work
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults, carrying out electrical upgrades, emergency light testing
- Ensuring health and safety
- Utilising a tablet to receive and complete jobs
Requirements of the Electrician:
- Electrical experience in residential or social housing settings
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role, working with elderly residents
- NVQ level 3
- 2391
- 18th Edition
