Following a period of sustained growth and continued success they are now looking to expand their Maintenance team to aid further ambitions for 2024 and beyond.Annual Salary: £54,000 including shift allowanceWeekly Shifts: 4 0n/Off - 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7amYour duties/ responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Maintain and repair PLC systems - Bradley, Siemens controls
  • Fault Finding on control panels on automated machinery
  • Transport and handle material using forklift trucks, cranes, and slinging systems, as and when required
  • Monitor and control the machine performance and settings
  • Always maintain a clean and safe workplace
  • Support and contribute to the area's lean assessment process with the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques to maintain and improve the processes within the area.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities to maintain and improve 6s standards and auditing systems
  • Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.
Qualifications Required:
  • Recognised NVQ Level 3 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • 17th or 18th Edition 
  • Engineering apprenticeship
