The Electrician will receive:
- 34,000 - 38,000 annual salary
- Van and fuel card provided
- Out of Hours rota
- Extra bonus available on out of hour schemes up to an extra 1000 per out of hour call a week.

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
- Provide Maintenance at a single student accommodation complex in Birmingham
- Quarterly shower head & hose cleaning within L8 requirements, training is provided.
- Monthly temperature monitoring of Hot & Cold water systems
- Undertake visual inspections of building fabric, furniture, fixtures & fittings.
- Undertake minor repairs
- Undertake quarterly RCD function tests
We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:
- Enhanced DBS check
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role (Essential)
- Electrical qualification (Minimum NVQ Lvl 3)
- 18th Edition
- Working knowledge of ACOP L8 (Desirable)
- Full UK Drivers licence.
