Exciting Opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Copius Group, in conjunction with a leading production manufacturer in Northern Ireland, is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. This role is available in multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Repair all systems and equipment within the factory.
- Install new equipment as needed.
- Enhance operational efficiency by identifying preventative maintenance tasks and maximizing machinery uptime.
- Utilize skills such as mechanical fitting to complete tasks around production machinery.
- Comply with quality, safety, and environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed safely, minimizing harm to the environment, self, and others.
- Perform any other duties required by management to ensure the efficient running of the factory.
Essential Qualifications:
- Time-served maintenance electrician.
- Working knowledge and experience of processing plant and equipment.
- Ability to diagnose electrical faults.
- Ability to diagnose faults from PLC.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration systems, and electronics.
- Ability to interpret schematics.
- Background in working with high-speed, high-output equipment.
