Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate electroplating equipment to apply metallic finishes to medals and award products, ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
- Prepare items for plating by thoroughly cleaning and polishing surfaces to guarantee optimal adhesion of coatings.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to identify defects and ensure coatings meet quality criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, including plating times, materials used, and quality control results, in alignment with company procedures.
