About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Intruder Alarm Installation Engineer to join our client's expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable security solutions provider, delivering high-quality services to residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and servicing of intruder alarm systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults with alarm systems efficiently.
- Ensure installations comply with industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Accurately complete job documentation and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Intruder Alarm Installation Engineer.
- Knowledge of NSI, NACOSS, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Systems would be advantageous.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NSI, SSAIB, or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good references, security vetting, CRB Check, and valid UK driving license required.
