Join Our Team as an Exams Officer & Awarding Organisation Coordinator!

We are seeking a detail-oriented Exams Officer & Awarding Organisation Coordinator to manage all exam-related activities and processes. This crucial role involves overseeing qualifications and certifications across various Awarding Organisations, organising End-Point Assessments (EPA), leading External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits, and managing learner data to ensure smooth and timely exam operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage qualification registrations, claims processing, and EPA bookings.
  • Lead EQA visits and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure readiness.
  • Oversee all exam activities while ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations.
  • Handle enquiries, manage complaints, and collect learner feedback.
  • Utilise Pellcomp (PICS) software for data entry and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in exam coordination or awarding organisation processes.
  • Familiarity with Pellcomp (PICS) software and learner management systems is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
