Your new roleIn your new role as ER Advisor, you will work to support our managers to make it a great place to work through advising and coaching on their management of ER cases, upholding policies in-line with legislation and best practice. You will work on cases such as Absence Management, Grievances, Performance Management, as well as many others working to deliver a high quality service. You will also have a good understanding and keep up to date with ER Law and legislation and be an SME within the team. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will be a dedicated ER professional working on a varied case load of a mixed level of complexity. You will have experience with ER Law and Policy with the ability to apply it in real life situations. You will have experience working within a Shared Service model drive a strong positive experience with respect and confidentiality. You will be able to use different approaches to situations and help to coach and provide accurate HR advice to our managers. Ideally, you will hold a CIPD qualification but training support can be provided.
