Hays is seeking to recruit two experienced Employee Relations Consultants for a 2-year fixed-term contract. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth case management skills and will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and support on a wide range of employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on the full spectrum of employee relations issues and manage employment litigation.
  • Offer specialist consultancy support and advice on projects involving TUPE, redundancy, and collective consultation.
  • Manage employment-related litigation, including leading on disclosure, preparation of bundles, and preparation of witnesses.
  • Advise line managers on conducting without prejudice and protected conversations where appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and case management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and litigation processes.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
