As a key member of the team, you will contribute to unlocking the true potential of our talented workforce. The ideal candidate will be CIPD accredited, possess a deep understanding of employment legislation, and have a proven track record in handling diverse employee relations cases. Â
We are seeking an individual with strong influencing skills, coaching abilities, impeccable problem-solving skills, and a knack for thinking innovatively. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!Â
What you will be doing:Â Â

Delivering a proactive approach to employee relations cases, such as disciplinary, grievance and performance and absence managementÂ

Effectively managing a wide and varied employee relations caseloadÂ

Providing expert advice to management on matters relating to employment lawÂ

Establishing strong working relationships with managersÂ
-
Supporting and coaching managers when navigating through internal proceduresÂ
-
Supporting the development of ER projects, to develop best practice and drive improvements in people management.Â
