£80,000 FTC + Benefits

We are looking to hire an HR Lead / HR Consultant to lead on an outsourcing project for a large financial services firm, starting in Late January / Early February 2025.

It's a very strong team and you will be well supported, working closely with the HR Director and Head of HR. You will also build strong relationships with the project team as they enter the BPO phase of the project.

This role would be perfect for someone with recent TUPE / Redundancy / Outsourcing experience who can apply specialist knowledge in a highly regulated environment.

Key Skills

  • Strong recent experience of leading on TUPE, Outsourcing, Restructures, Redundancies at HRBP / HR Consultant level
  • Very strong stakeholder management skills, ideally working with project teams
  • Experience in a large complex environment
  • Financial Services experience highly desirable
