We're looking for an HRIS Senior Analyst with a strong Compensation & Benefits background to join our global HRIS team. This role will focus on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the compensation module within Oracle HCM, ensuring a seamless experience for our Total Reward and HR teams.

If you have hands-on experience with HR systems like Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors, and understand compensation processes such as salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus administration, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

?? HRIS Management & Compensation Configuration

  • Configure and maintain the Oracle HCM Compensation module to support salary reviews, bonus processing, and pay structures.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with other HR processes.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners on system enhancements and rollouts.

?? Compensation & Benefits Process Support

  • Work closely with the Total Reward team to manage annual compensation cycles.
  • Develop workflows and automation to improve efficiency in salary and bonus processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing compensation structures.

?? Data & Reporting

  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and Finance teams.
  • Ensure HRIS configurations align with pay equity, GDPR, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct data audits to maintain accuracy and integrity.

?? Stakeholder Engagement & Training

  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Total Reward teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Provide training and support to HR users on the compensation module.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues efficiently.

About You

? HRIS Expertise (Functional, Not Just Technical):

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM (preferred), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS.
  • Proven ability to configure and manage compensation modules within an HR system.

? Compensation & Benefits Experience:

  • Deep understanding of compensation processes, including merit increases, salary reviews, and bonus structures.
  • Experience collaborating with Total Reward teams to enhance HRIS functionality.

? Data & Reporting Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.

? Collaboration & Training:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support HR teams.
  • Ability to translate business needs into HRIS functionality.
