It's a small class, with only 17 pupils. The school are looking for a teacher with commitment and willingness to engage with planning, parents evenings, reports etc, usual requirements for a long-term placement.
Ideally somebody with KS2 experience, maybe somebody who has covered a maternity leave before and understands the expectations. The school will consider ECT, however they would need to be a high calibre with some experience. The role will be be full-time, but the school would consider 4 days if it was the right candidate.
