Senior Energy Bureau Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Energy Bureau Analyst with a strong background in utilities and energy management, who is analytical, proactive, and possesses exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, generating and delivering utility budgets, ensuring process efficiency, and contributing to the strategic direction of the Bureau Services team.


Senior Energy Bureau Analyst - Key Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for generating and delivering utility budgets to clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to build robust and accurate budget forecasts that meet their needs and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all bureau services-related queries for an allocated portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy for all accounts when completing financial deliverables (e.g., reconciliations, journal recharging, payment files, payment processing, one billing, etc.).
  • Manage and oversee the workflow to ensure adherence to SLAs (service level agreements).
Senior Energy Bureau Analyst- Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 18 months of experience in energy management, energy bureau services, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and delivering results.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for energy savings.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reporting and data validation.
