Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Birmingham.

What the job will be doing

Staff management with strong capability to lead and mentor
Experience in project managing capital works from start to finish
Experience in managing damp, mould and disrepair cases
Ability to diagnose defects and provide solutions

What you will need

Experience in managing contractors performance delivering building works at a project level.
Have strong understanding of maintenance services within social housing sector
Understanding of current building legislations
