Requirements of the role

Ensure and Advise

Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with best practices.

Customization and Configuration: Oversee the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules, including developing complex workflows, plugins, and integrations using X++ and other relevant technologies.

Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet objectives and deliverables on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of Dynamics 365 solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Mentorship: Provide technical and business process leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions and processes.
