HGV Class 1 Driver wanted - 16.00 per hour - ongoing work

Your role as an HGV Class 1 Driver
- Efficient & safe deliveries: ensure timely, accurate deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
- Communication: keep in regular contact with the depot and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver.
- Full in-date CPC, tachograph card, and driving licence.
- Must have held a HGV Class 1 Driver licence for at least 12 months.
- Good attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and confidence on the road.
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
- Knowledgable of driving hours and tachograph rules and regulations.
- Willing to complete an on-site induction prior to January.
- Happy for long hours.
- Flexibility to driver Class 2 vehicles as well is preferred.
Pay & benefits
- 16.00 per hour (Monday to Friday) + holiday entitlement.
- Ongoing role: secure long-term employment after a successful probationary period.
- Free parking at the depot.
- 10 - 12 hour shifts typically.
- 3-5 shifts per week with an opportunity for ongoing work.
- Occasional weekend shifts available for those interested in extra hours.
