A Lettings Negotiator with at least 3 years experience is needed to join the Residential Lettings team at this leading housing, construction, investment, and property lettings company.
Established in the 1930's, they are one of Birmingham's most established Private Residential Landlords with a portfolio comprising mainly studio, one bedroom and two apartments within Birmingham City Centre, the regions of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote and Burton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out initial property inspections and report to line managers
- Carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
- Good knowledge of the local area/be confident to show other properties locally
- Provide on-going feedback regarding interest/prices
- Carry out final checks on property prior to key release
- Qualify tenants according to company policy
- Run and manage enquiries and your lettings calendar, contact previous viewers for feedback
- A desire to want to grow the company and provide outstanding customer service
- Competent in upholding the company image
- Conduct key releases
- Market properties on Rightmove/Zoopla (previous experience required)
- Deliver items/documents if required
- Provide admin support from office if/as required

- Well presented, articulate, and a good communicator
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Highly motivated individual
- IT literate on Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
- Driven and committed to meet and surpass targets
- Have a full and clean UK licence and access to a vehicle
- Have a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent personal organisational skills
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Lettings negotiator
Working Week:
- Flexible to suit viewings, Saturdays included
