Your new role
I am seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator / PMO officer to support a challenging change project encompassing 10 separate subprojects for a 3-month period starting in January. This role is ideal for someone early in their career but with relevant project management experience who is task-led and thrives in a dynamic environment.On a day-to-day basis, you will be maintaining and updating project plans and organising and scheduling weekly meetings with the relevant function leaders to ensure the project is moving in line with relevant timescales.You will follow up with project owners and write and distribute weekly project communications and updates.
You will also manage and update the project risk register and assist in creating a visual management room to track deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a project coordination / PMO officer or project management role and experience in managing multiple subprojects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel and project management software alongside strong organisational and communication skills.

What you'll get in return
A competitive day rate alongside hybrid working of 3 in / 2 at home, but other patterns will be considered.
This role is outside IR35 and is expected to last 3 months.
