Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Permanent
Start Date: 27/01/2025
One of our established clients are currently looking for a project co-ordinator to join their team. My client are looking for experienced project co-ordinater specifically in the fit out industry.
The right person will have experience co-ordinating with main contractors, designers, surveyors, sub-contractors, clients and more. You will then be tasked with planning the project and attending site ensuring the programme is on track for completion.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Inductions
- Cummunication between parties
- Liaising between contractors
- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
- Working with contractors, sub-contractors, Designers, Surveyors etc...
- Reporting to hierachy
The right candidate will have the following:
- Experience working with contractors
- Experience as a project Co-ordinator
- Come from a construction background
