Territory Sales Manager – South East England (Scrap Metal & Waste Management Solutions)

South East England (Work from Home)

£35,000 - £45,000 basic, with £5,000 - £15,000 commission potential in Year 1

Uncapped Commission, Company Car/Allowance, Medical & Life Insurance, 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (+1 day per year of service, up to 5 additional days)

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on new business development within the waste management sector. This is a 360-degree sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting and lead generation to closing. The role requires a proactive, self-starter approach, as you’ll not only be following up on warm leads from our telesales team but also generating your own pipeline, including booking and attending appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business in the, specializing in scrap metal recycling and waste management services and products.
  • Full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Generate your own appointments in addition to those set by the telesales team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients in sectors including Mining, Aggregates, Food, Manufacturing, Paper, and Waste Management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in waste management services or products. MUST have Scrap metal knowledge /buying / Total Waste Management expertise.
  • A track record of 360 sales and business development.
  • An ability to work remotely while managing time and goals effectively.
