I’ m currently recruiting on behalf of my client a Tier1 Main Contractor X3 experienced Planners /Senior Planners in 3 work sectors Multi-Room, Industrial and civils
Location: Birmingham
Start date: Immediately
Construction – Tier 1 Main Contractor
Package: £75,000-£85,000 (this will be based on experience) hybrid working, generous pension, life assurance +car allowance
As Senior Planner, you'll work closely with our Head of Planning, Bid Directors, and Project Delivery Teams to develop and monitor comprehensive construction programs. From tender submissions and scheduling to resource allocation and on-site coordination, your expertise will keep projects on track through every phase
Required:
A good knowledge of Asta Powerproject is required for all roles, but most importantly the ability to communicate (what can be complicated) programme requirements clearly to site teams / subcontractors and senior management alike is key.
Experience of the work types in each sector will allow the Planner to be proactive in contributing to project delivery on time.
You will work as an important part of tender and site teams and will also have the support of the Planning Department (24 Nr planners currently) that work together sharing ideas and resources.
