**Requirements:**- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Water Hygiene/Treatment Engineer, including L8 compliance- Full UK Driving License required, willingness to travel around Birmingham and the surrounding regions- Strong understanding of water treatment and hygiene- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work efficiently alone or as part of a team- Proactive attitude

**Responsibilities:**- Conduct closed system analytical testing and remediation in compliance with ACOP L8 guidelines- Remove dead legs to maintain system integrity- Perform tank inspections- Conduct water sampling- Carry out chemical disinfections- Perform calorifier pasteurisation to eliminate contaminants- Clean and chlorinate water storage tanks- Experience with cooling towers is desirable
