An exciting opportunity for a recent geology, geotechnical engineering, geoscience or environmental engineering graduate looking for their first exciting step in their career has presented itself, near Birmingham. With a range of geotechnical, geo-environmental and ground remediation projects to work on, the position offers excellent training and career progression prosects amongst a team of specialist consultants.

This Graduate Geo-Environmental Consultant role will involve varied and technically challenging work - carrying out site investigations, developing remediation strategies and performing contaminated land risk assessments. You'll be writing factual and interpretive reports, carrying out desktop studies, groundwater and gas monitoring, soil and rock logging and recommending and implementing foundation and remediation designs.

Therefore, to be considered for the Graduate Geo-environmental Consultant role you should have:

  • A degree in geology, geoscience, civil engineering or geotechnical engineering (or similar).
  • Hold a clean and valid UK Driving licence.
  • Be commutable to Birmingham/West-Midlands area.
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
