An exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic and innovative tech firm as an Events Coordinator has just become available! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will be crucial in supporting the engagement and growth of the firm; supporting the Marketing Manager in the planning and delivery of events.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to organise, executive and deliver a diverse range of corporate events
  • Coordinating all event logistics, including venue selection, registering attendees and providing on-site support during events
  • Membership management: overseeing the onboarding process for new members, ensuring all members experience an exceptional service, and maintaining relationships with current members; developing strategies to enhance their experience and engagement
  • Analysing data collected from memberships and events to inform strategies, collating into reports to present to management; highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Stakeholder and relationship management: working closely with various internal teams, including marketing, to assure to align event and membership activities and objectives
  • Other duties as required

Prospective applicants must have previous experience within an events planning or coordinator role within a similar calibre organisation. Applicants must have outstanding coordination, communication and team-working skills, being able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
