THE ROLE

With an ever-expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity to join the exhibitions team who are responsible for securing new shows, exhibitions and content for the venue. This role would suit someone with a strategic and consultative sales approach who is able to build strong relationships in order to secure new business.  

Responsibilities will include:

  • Converting incoming exhibition enquiries and leads
  • Proactively sourcing and qualifying new leads
  • Networking, attending industry events and sourcing new opportunities
  • Building your own sales pipeline and achieving set targets
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach 
  • Identifying customer needs and offering solutions
  • Building and managing relationships with potential clients
  • Internal stakeholder management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be a proven sales professional with an excellent track record of winning new business and relationship management. You will have knowledge and experience within the exhibitions sector whether this be at an organiser, selling complex sponsorship packages or stand sales. You will be expected to work on your own initiative and be a self starter however will be provided with support from the wider team.
