A leading exhibition and events company known for delivering outstanding experiences are seeking a Client Services Executive with marketing expertise to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing all aspects of their accounts.

Event Coordination:Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute successful exhibitions and events, managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Marketing and Promotion:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events, utilizing social media, email campaigns, and traditional methods. Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and analyze campaign effectiveness.

Administrative Duties:Prepare proposals, contracts, and documentation for client engagements. Track client feedback and market trends.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, marketing, or event coordination, preferably within the exhibition and events industry.
